These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the LocalProxies platform, software, proxy services, websites, applications, and all associated features (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. License and Use

LocalProxies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the LocalProxies software and Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Modify, copy, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or software;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
Use our Services to violate any applicable laws or regulations;
Access the Services using automated means without our written permission;
Use the Services for commercial purposes without a separate agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to send spam, malware, or conduct phishing campaigns; circumvent security controls; violate intellectual property rights; engage in unlawful surveillance or unauthorized data scraping; or interfere with the operation of our Services or servers. 4. Account and Security

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your login credentials secure, notify us immediately of any unauthorized use, and be solely responsible for activities under your account.

5. Payments and Refunds

Premium Services require payment and are automatically renewed each month until cancelled. Refunds are only granted within 7 days of purchase and only if less than 10% of the service has been used. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. LocalProxies acts as the data controller under applicable laws, including the GDPR. You have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, sites, features, and proxy network, including any versions, revisions, modifications, and enhancements are owned by us or our licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws. The LocalProxies logo and trademarks are our proprietary trademarks.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will LocalProxies or any party involved in the development, programming, marketing, or distribution of our software, services, or proxy network be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, or exemplary damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You may terminate your use by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the software.

10. Export Control and Sanctions Compliance

You agree not to use our Services in or for the benefit of countries subject to U.S. embargoes or for users on U.S. government denied parties lists. You will comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
