2. Prohibited Activities

a. Illegal Activities

Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
Copyright infringement, trademark violations, or distribution of pirated content
Accessing or distributing CSAM or any form of exploitation

b. Network Abuse

DDoS attacks
Port scanning, brute-force attacks, or unauthorized access
Hosting or relaying malware, viruses, or malicious software

c. Circumvention of Security Mechanisms

Bypassing CAPTCHAs, rate limits, or login systems
Credential stuffing or automated account creation
Masking fraudulent behavior or identity

d. Unsolicited Communications and Fraud

Spam emails, phishing attempts
Fraudulent ad clicks, affiliate fraud, fake reviews
Scraping in violation of target websites’ Terms of Use

e. Misuse of IP Resources

IP spoofing or forging IP packets
Overloading the proxy network through abusive automation

3. Reporting Abuse

Report misuse to [email protected] with relevant evidence (IP address, timestamps, logs).

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension, immediate termination without refund, legal action, or reporting to law enforcement.
