LocalProxies is a service operated by LocalProxies, Inc. (“LocalProxies,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The registered office of the corporation is 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, City of Newark, Delaware, 19713, United States of America. LocalProxies respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. DMCA Agent Contact

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, contact our designated DMCA Agent at [email protected] with subject line: DMCA Takedown Request.

2. Takedown Request Procedure

Your written request must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized person;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the infringing material with information to locate it;
• Contact information for the complaining party;
• A good faith statement that the use is not authorized;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt, LocalProxies will remove or disable access to the material and notify the user.

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe material was removed in error, submit a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material, a good faith statement, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the complainant and may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless legal action is filed.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

LocalProxies may terminate users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

5. Misuse of DMCA

Submitting false claims is a violation of U.S. law and may result in liability for damages, court costs, and attorneys’ fees.
