LocalProxies Refund Policy

LocalProxies is a service operated by LocalProxies (“LocalProxies,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). LocalProxies is currently in formation in Delaware, United States of America. This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases of LocalProxies services and subscriptions made through our official website or our authorized payment processor, FastSpring. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

LocalProxies offers a limited refund policy to ensure fair use while protecting against abuse. Refunds are considered only under specific conditions as outlined below.

1.1 Eligible Refunds

You may request a refund if all the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • You have consumed less than 10% of your allocated bandwidth or session quota.
  • The refund request is based on a technical issue or billing error that could not be resolved by our support team.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase and may take up to 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Services were fully or substantially used (i.e., over 10% bandwidth consumed).
  • The refund request is submitted after the 7-day eligibility window.
  • Abuse or violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy was detected.
  • The user was dissatisfied due to personal expectations unrelated to service availability or performance.
  • Refunds requested due to third-party service incompatibility (e.g., external sites blocking proxies).
  • Account was suspended or terminated for policy violations.
  • Payment was made through unauthorized or fraudulent methods.

3. Subscription Cancellations

LocalProxies subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user prior to renewal. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@localproxies.com.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or previous billing cycle unless you meet the refund criteria stated in Section 1.

4. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team will be treated as a violation of our terms and may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Blacklisting from future use of LocalProxies
  • Involvement of collection or legal processes, where applicable

We are committed to resolving all billing issues amicably and urge users to contact us directly before disputing a charge.
